Description

AT5421 is a thin-caliper UHMW-PE film tape designed to protect surfaces from abrasion, friction, and impact wear. Its low-friction polyethylene backing creates a smooth “slip plane” effect, allowing metal and plastic parts to contact each other with reduced wear, noise, and vibration. With a rubber adhesive for quick initial tack, AT5421 is suitable for general industrial applications such as guide rails, chutes, liners, slides, and protective wear surfaces. It offers a cost-effective tape solution for applications requiring abrasion resistance, easy release, and long-lasting sliding performance.
