UHMW-PE Film Tape AT4430 (Similar to Nitto No.4430)

Description

AT4430 is a pressure-sensitive UHMW-PE film tape designed for sliding, lining, and wear-protection applications. Similar to Nitto No.4430, it uses ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene film as the backing and features excellent adhesion between the backing and adhesive layer. Compared with tapes using ordinary plastic films, AT4430 offers strong impact resistance, excellent weatherability, self-lubricating performance, stable chemical resistance, and low moisture absorption. It is suitable for guide rails, conveyor surfaces, packaging-machine rollers, hoppers, chutes, appliance sliding parts, and machinery liners requiring smooth movement and durable low-friction protection.
