Description

AT5430 is a translucent UHMW-PE film tape with a high-tack acrylic adhesive, designed for automotive noise reduction and demanding sliding or wear applications. Its ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene backing provides a low-friction surface that helps reduce squeaks, rattles, vibration-related noise, and surface wear between metal and plastic parts. The acrylic adhesive offers strong initial bonding to many painted metal and plastic surfaces, making the tape suitable for automotive interiors, doors, rim fascia areas, guide rails, chutes, and industrial wear surfaces requiring reliable adhesion and long-lasting sliding performance.
